Payment
There are several ways for you to pay for the services we provide:

1. by bank transfer;
2. by credit card to "Vokrug Sveta" on your arrival;
3. by cash to "Vokrug Sveta";
4. by cash to the hotel.

Please note that if you choose to pay to the hotel you will be charged hotel rack rate. Otherwise we offer our customers considerable discounts. Phone calls, minibars and meals at hotel restaurant (excluding breakfast), are paid directly at the front desk. Please kindly inform us of any changes you make regarding the check-in / out time or the type of room you have previously selected so as to avoid any misunderstandings.

Confirmation
Wу send written confirmations on your reservation request indicating the dates, hotel, guests’ names and hotel rooms category.

Cancelation
Cancelation without fines:

• Groups – before 15 days
• Individuals – before 3 days
